I’m Dawn Bowe — a military veteran, a lifelong Cobb County resident, a proud mom, and the founder of DB Legacy Group. My mission is simple: help people fund, build, and own their legacy.

For more than 15 years, I’ve been helping individuals and families rebuild their credit, secure funding, and step into the world of homeownership with confidence. I’ve guided first-time buyers, military families, relocation clients, and business owners who just needed someone to believe in their goals as much as they did. My Journey

Before I ever became a Realtor® or a credit specialist, I learned firsthand what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of the next step. My background in Public Administration gave me the skillset to help people navigate systems that aren’t always designed with them in mind. My military service strengthened my discipline, attention to detail, and ability to execute under pressure. And my years in Cobb County rooted me deeply in this community — its neighborhoods, its people, and its possibilities.

Over time, I realized something: credit, funding, and homeownership are all connected.
Too many people were being left behind simply because they didn’t understand the rules or didn’t have someone to guide them.

So I built DB Legacy Group to change that.
